This was part of a novel writing exercise set in a workshop run by Merlene Fawdrey. I was on a quest to determine the genre for my book.
Armed with ambition and enthusiasm I caroused the isles seeking out male Australian Authors and picked out a few books. There are plenty of women writing about the bush and the challenges it throws up, but not may blokes telling yarns.
I opened the first chapter of RIP OFF and sat with the book open for the day I couldn't put it down.
Although the story is very different to my book KUNDELA I loved the Aussie character in the author's voice. RIP OFF showed me there are books out there that Aussie blokes will read, we just have to let them know it's okay to take a book into the loo with them.
KUNDELA is one of those books too.

Thanks for the Interview with Kel it helps people like me to go on with writing our next few books.

Terry L Probert
Author of KUNDELATerry L Proberthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10848113870674892264noreply@blogger.com
